Wow! You are going to be a very busy person over the next few months! I forget the many hats each administrator must wear in a smaller district. Well done! I think your decision to ride a bus route is awesome. You can learn a great deal about kids and auxilary personnel on trips like that! Love that you included your Flippen experience in your plan. You seem to have done a great job covering elementary and secondary in your plan, too. Keep up the good work! --Becky Prentice
PS. I saw J. Berges as we were checking in! She said you were a gem :)
You have a done good job of developing your plan. I am wondering what process you will use to evaluate the implementation of technology. Are you going to be looking at curriculum documents or are you going to be observing classrooms? I have completed training in the Flippen EXCEL Model as well. I would strongly recommend participating in the Flippen 360 degree feedback if you get a chance. It is a great tool to learn more about yourself and to improve interpersonal skills.

I'd like to see the evaluation tool you use to evaluate math instruction on each campus. Nice job on this plan very complete ~ Krin Bryson
